Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Paid plans are month-to-month with no commitment. Your data and strategies remain in your account after downgrade — you keep read access on Sim.
Do you place trades for me?
No. You connect your own broker API keys and the strategies you author or import run with your credentials. We never custody funds.
Which brokers are supported?
Alpaca and IBKR for equities + options, Binance and Coinbase for crypto, OANDA for forex. Paper accounts work on all five end-to-end.
Is the platform open source?
Strategies and bot code you author are yours. The platform itself is closed source for now; a community edition is on the roadmap.
What's the refund policy?
14-day trial on Trader and Pro. After that, prorated refunds within the first 30 days of any paid month if you raise an issue we can't resolve.
